Pi Supply Awarded Google Certified Shops badge
Pi Supply, which offers a variety of electronics products for hobbyists and makers, was recently selected to join the Google Certified Shops program. To help shoppers identify online merchants that offer a great shopping experience, the Google Certified Shop badge is awarded to e-commerce sites that demonstrate a track record of ontime shipping and excellent customer service. When visiting the Pi Supply website, shoppers will see a Google Certified Shop badge and can click on it for more information.
Company director Aaron Shaw said “We are very pleased Google has invited Pi Supply to join the Certified Shops program. We are committed to offering the highest possible levels of service across our business and this is a fantastic way of prominently displaying this across our site. The Certified Shops program provides peace of mind and reassurance to customers – which can never be a bad thing!”
As an added benefit, when a shopper makes a purchase at a Google Certified Shop, they have the option to select free purchase protection from Google. Then in the unlikely event of an issue with their purchase, they can request Google’s help, and Google will work with Pi Supply and the customer to address the issue. As part of this, Google offers up to £1,000 lifetime purchase protection for eligible purchases.
Google Certified Shops is entirely free, both for shoppers and for online stores. The program helps online stores like Pi Supply attract new customers, increase sales and differentiate themselves by showing off their excellent service via the badge on their websites.
Pi Supply is a company dedicated to providing a variety of Raspberry Pi mini computer add-ons, as well as original maker products designed for hobbyists. They also provide educational tutorials in their Maker Zone section to help encourage the learning of computing and coding.
